MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: 7:05 pm

FINANCIAL REPORT:
$27,009.41 will have updated bank statements by next meeting
NEW BUSINESS:
Show Dates:
February 20th <Club Show> at Diaz Ranch
March 20th <NCHA approved show> at the Snaffle Bit Ranch
April 10th <Club Show> at the Snaffle Bit Ranch
**The Club would like to put on at least one NCHA approved show to qualify
for participation in the Oden, UT show. Three approved shows would qualify
the Club for Affiliate participation at Utah. Discussed the possibility of Co-
sponsoring approved shows. Dave Brymer to look into this.
Jalinda Covey motioned to accept. Karen Aberle second.
Show Format:
The Board unanimously voted to keep the jackpot format with year end buckles and possible other awards upon review of season end financials. Entry fees to remain the
same as last year.
